• On the day of arrival, lunch is available from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.
• Check-in is available from around 1:30 pm.
• There is free parking for hotel guests.
• Underground parking is available for €15 per day. Booking before your stay is recommended.
• With check-out at 11:00 am, your entitlement to services ends on the day of departure.
• Please notify us should you arrive after 8:00 pm.
• Room cancellations must be made in writing.
• For rebookings up to 14 days before arrival, a processing fee of €25 will be charged.
• We will have to charge for late or no-shows, as well as for early departures.
• Unused services will not be refunded.
• Every booking includes cancellation protection (cancellation protection is automatically included when booking).
• Please understand that booking room categories is possible, but not the reservation of specific rooms.
• We prefer payment in cash or with a debit card.
• We are obligated to remit the tourist tax set by the municipality.
• Pets on request - €30 per day.
• Lockable, private bike box for up to 6 bikes - €10 per day.
• We recommend booking your beauty and wellness treatments before your stay.
• All prices lose their validity with the publication of a new price list.

Felsenland cancellation protection

In extraordinary times like these, it is important to have rules, but we will handle them individually and flexibly - for the benefit of our guests. Up to 14 days before arrival, only a processing fee of €25.00 will be charged. Cancellations after this period will be reviewed individually. If the room cannot be resold, we reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the booked accommodation portion as well as the costs of booked beauty and wellness treatments. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures.

From now on, we offer our cancellation protection for only EUR 3.00 per person and day. Up to 3 days before arrival, only the cancellation protection and processing fee will be charged. Within the 3 days before your arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the accommodation if the booked room cannot be sold, as well as 50% of the costs of booked beauty and wellness treatments!

The Felsenland cancellation protection is automatically included with the reservation, costs EUR 3.00 per person/night (children up to 15 years are co-insured through their parents and not charged separately) and covers you in the following cases:

in case of illness before the start of the trip - applies per person
Please note: For a medically justified cancellation, we require written confirmation from the attending physician. Please note that existing chronic illnesses are only covered if they unexpectedly become acute.

• in case of an accident before and during your arrival
• in case of a death in the immediate family
• in case of an unavoidable delay, e.g., due to force majeure or significant damage to private property
